Who is Phyllis Allen?

Phyllis Allen is a proven winner and successful entrepreneur with a commitment to serving, helping and developing others. Her business experience in other industries and determination to help others has moved her in a new direction into the real estate business. She realizes purchasing a home is possibly one of the biggest decisions in most people’s lives. Phyllis’ goal is to make that process as seamless and stress-free as possible. She is there for her customers before, during and after a sale. Many customers become friends.

Phyllis has her Masters of Public Administration from Howard University and married to Richard Allen. They are 16 year residents of Deltona, Florida and loves their community. She is on the Charter Review Committee, Ambassador for West Volusia Regional Chamber of Commerce, and she is also a member of the West Volusia Women Realtor Council.
